The Eduard is sourced from three dry-grown vineyard blocks that were planted between 1905 and 1960 and which produce extremely low yields. Named after Karl Heinrich 'Eduard' Kalleske who worked the Kalleske vineyards from 1853 until the 1880s. Showing an intense, powerful and full-bodied nose and palate exhibiting dense classic Barossa old vine Shiraz characters. Bremerton Old Adam is a stunning example of Langhorne Creek Shiraz with dense and integrated fruit that exudes ripe plum and blackcurrant. Rebecca Willson is able to seperate each parcel of fruit that comes in off of the old vineyards and keeps them that way throughout fermentation and maturation in oak. This enables perfect barrel selection to create a wine of true distinction.

The V&A Lane wines from Wynns pay tribute to the wonderful and unique vineyards that are located around V&A Lane in central Coonawarra. This is a wonderful release from Wynns' iconic winemaker, Sue Hodder. A burst of spicy dark fruit hits the nose with ripe cherries, plums and black fruits on the palate. The richness of the fruit is held in check by fine tannins and deft use of good oak. A brilliant wine for right now or many years in the cellar.
