Penfolds began releasing the Bin 51 Riesling in the 1990s as part of the evolving white wine development program. Full-bodied Eden Valley Oaked Chardonnay. The fruit aromas of honeydew, green apple, and grapefruit combine perfectly with the creamy. The nutty aromas of the oak make this wine full-bodied and complex. The palate is full, with peach, green apple, and citrus flavours. Hints of nutty, creamy barrel-ferment flavours give this wine structure and elegance. A zesty acid finish balances the wine's lovely texture.

An elegant, vibrant and fragrant nose with lemon, lime and pear in the foreground.
