A pale lemon wine with a lifted floral and stone fruit nose. The palate carries through these fruit forward characers and adds layers of buttered toast and biscuit. It is a wie that is textured , full, yet crisp, with a lingering citrus peel finish.

Pale apricot tinged colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and red apple skin mix with quince and spice notes. Juicy pear and red apple fruits are underpinned by refreshing acidity with some quince and delicate spice characters also evident. Finishes dry and brisk with a mid length aftertaste. Maturation in French oak provides subtle nutmeg and clove characters on the palate, while a clean slatey acid backbone provides length and structure to the wine. The wine is complex with no single character dominating the wine. The flavour of the wine persists long after it has left the mouth.
