Rémy Martin is a family story of close to 300 years. Rýmy Martin VSOP is composed of eaux-de-vie coming exclusively from the most sought-after vineyards of Cognac: Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. Such eaux-de-vie offer exceptional ageing potential, and are blended into what is known as Fine Champagne Cognac.

G.H.MUMM Millésimé 2006 is a luminous and bright golden yellow in colour with fine, lingering bubbles.The nose reveals a superbly complex wine: notes of apple and pear, with yellow fruit such as apricot and mirabelleplum. It then develops aromas of dried fruit and nuts with hints of pastry. After a strong attack, the wine developsgradually. It then reveals the increasingly perceptible presence of Pinot Noir, giving an unctuousness to the structure before unfolding into a long, precise finish.

The Quarter Cask is a strong, double cask matured, non-chill filtered malt from the iconic Islay distillery, Laphroaig. With a nose of burning peat embers and hints of coconut and bananas that is then followed by a palate that is deep and complex with smoky flavours. Still quite gentle with a hint of sweetness, this 48% Single Malt has a long, spicy and smoky finish that seems to last an eternity.

Patrón Añejo is delicate blend of uniquely aged tequilas. All the tequilas are aged in small white oak barrels for a minimum 12 months. As in many premium red wines, the blends must be adjusted for each vintage. The same care and attention is paid when blending Patrón Añejo making it smooth, distinctive and extraordinary.

Jack Daniel's is one of the very few Tennessee Whiskies that is charcoal mellowed. Jack Daniel's has a smooth aroma and flavour of vanilla, toasted oak and caramel translates well to the palate. Glengoyne can claim to have the slowest distillation process in Scotland - a process that makes this distillery very unique, much like their positioning on the Highland/Lowland border. The 15 Year Old Single Malt is supremely complex, sweet and well rounded. There is a wonderful spicy oak finish that compliments the luscious palate that is enhanced by the process of air drying the barley, never peat dried. Chartreuse is an aromatic French liqueur flavoured with 130 herbs. Naturally green colour, it can be served cold or as a fragrant base to cocktails.

Meukow VSOP Superior is a balanced blend and easy to drink. Have this Cognac on the rocks or with a splash of water. The flavour features some mature fruits, raisins and nuts, a hint of vanilla, and spices are well present. The finish is long, with a little bit of orange peel.

Dalwhinnie is the highest of all the distillers in Scotland and place so to take advantage of the cleanest springwater possible. Dalwhinnie has a smokey, floral aroma and a delicate palate of heather and honed malt. A serious Whisky, yet approachable to the beginners.
