Francois Voyer XO Cognac

A rich, full of rancio, grape-to-bottle Cognac. Minimum 20 years old, all the way to 30 years old. This cognac provides access to a single vineyard, quality “XO”, very different from the blends of the bigger brands. A very special drink to keep the night going with family and friends. Tasting notes: Colour: Amber, with a touch of old gold. Aromas: Down among the flowers: touches of jasmine, clove pink, combined with the first flavours of fruits: peach, plums. The old maturation of this Cognac has given it its vanilla aroma and this light and sweet aroma that only an old Cognac has. Palate: The outstanding touch for this Cognac XO is probably its great elegance which is one of the major characteristics of the « Premier Cru », fully represented here by the delicacy of aromas as well as the subtlety of its palate.

Hennessy VSOP

Hennessy's VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) Cognac is one of the great cognacs. This blend masterfully combines 60 Eau De Vie's with the oldest being 15 years, and the youngest 4-5 years. The ageing on French oak provides rich colour and notes of spice and grape amongst toffee oak flavours. This is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.

DOMAINE TARIQUET BAS ARMAGNAC FOLLE BLANCHE 8 YEARS

An eight-year maturing process gives rise to a superb Folle Blanche brandy. Served at room temperature or chilled, the natural intensity of the Folle Blanche will provide a delicious accompaniment to desserts with orange and chocolate. Profile: The intensity and finesse of a 100% Folle Blanche Bas-Armagnac in the first bloom of youth. Tasting notes: A golden robe and a sap-heavy bouquet, with accents of vanilla, plum and orange zest. A tight flavour with a lively punch, coloured by notes of plants and fruits, backed by faint cocoa aromas. A great length of flavour, building to a finish dominated by woody notes and orange zest.

Chateau du Tariquet Blanche Armagnac 100% Folle Blanche

An intense, flattering bouquet of green plum, quince and fresh almonds. Aeration reveals a delicacy that gives way to intense esters, with very little aggressiveness and a somewhat feminine suggestion of ripe fruit that is almost overripe. A well-rounded fruity density at entry is underlined by the brandy's softness and elegance. A Folle Blanche full of fruit and the lightness of youth, best enjoyed chilled.
