The youngest of the brandies in this typical Bas-Armagnac blend was aged in oak barrels, in our cellars, for at least 3 years. Tasting Notes: A beautiful shade of old rum. A fine, elegant, subtle bouquet with no austerity. The oak reveals a hint of vanilla, enhanced by traces of cinnamon and dried fruit. The esters produce cocoa and vanilla aromas. A strong, well-balanced palate releases flavours of spices and currants. The finish has spicy undertones, with marked vanilla, prunes and dried fruit.

Michter's US 1 Straight Rye Whiskey
Michters is Americas first distilling company, dating back to 1753 when they started out making rye whiskey. They take a Cost Be Damned approach to the production of every barrel, using various methods including air drying their barrels for 36 months, toasting the barrels before charring them, using a low barrel-entry strength, heat cycling to encourage ageing during the winter.
