Schloss Vollrads vineyards date back to nearly a millennia and the history can be tasted in Rowald Hepp's truly elegant wines. The Kabinett Riesling is beautifully balanced between soft, ripe citrus fruit with a lovely sweetness on the palate with clean cut acidity and delicate minerality.

Displays classic Chardonnay characters of white peach, nectarine and fresh figs. The palate is fresh and vibrant with fruit flavours of citrus and white peach. Maturation in French oak provides subtle nutmeg and clove characters on the palate, while a clean slatey acid backbone provides length and structure to the wine. The Eden Hall Cabernet Sauvignon from the Eden Valley is a wonderfully striking Cabernet with swathes of lifted violets, ripe plums and blackcurrant all supported by a quality oak regime that has integrated brilliantly. While youthful the wine is plump and juicy, it will age very nicely and improve with some careful cellaring over the next decade.

This is a WA producer to keep your eyes one. This stunning Riesling is sourced from their Bates Rock vineyard. It has apple blossom and citrus aromas, while the palate shows a softly textured, crisp style with subtle mineral undertones.

Late harvested at the end of the March, the riesling fruit was vintaged in the fastidious fashion that has been developed over the past three decades. Tapanappa Eden Valley Riesling 2022 is a pure expression of a unique terroir. Typical of Eden Valley Riesling, the Tapanappa Riesling is very floral with some citrus blossom aromas. There is also the faint and delicate aroma of tea rose and a hint of jasmine. The floral bath-powder aromas are quintessential Riesling varietal character. The palate weight is fine and delicate and despite the late picking almost austere, with a mouth-watering acid finish and lingering fruit sweet flavour.
