Australia's premier cool climate Cabernet. It was John Middleton's dream to create such a wine and purchased the Mount Mary property in the Yarra Valley in 1971 to persue this dream. Quintet is his dream realised and is a blend of the classic Bordeaux varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec.

After the success and cult following achieved by our St Huberts Stag Yarra Valley Pinot, we decided more people need to drink Pinot Noir, and we needed to venture out of the Yarra. 2017 is the first vintage of our Stag Victorian Pinot Noir. Fruit for this wine was harvested from selected sites, mainly around Yea, with some Beechworth and others in the mix. Picked early to maintain vibrant fruit, and treated respectfully to maintain freshness. Maturation took place in both stainless steel and seasoned French oak. Fresh, supple, fleshy - Pinot for the masses - that sings like Pinot.

Toolangi Pinot Noir is hand picked fruit from low yielding vineyards in Coldstream in the Yarra Valley. A wonderfully seductive Pinot from one of the most exciting cool climate producers in Australia.

There is a delicate perfume of Kirsch and dried strawberry with underlying dried bouquet garni. This is a light to medium-bodied wine with a supple yet generously flavoured palate.

Once again this producer provides us with a handy little number showing plenty of varietal and regional characteristics. Sticks Pinot Noir from Yarra Valley, features lovely red cherry flavours with playfull spices and charry oak influence. Lean with subtle tannins and medium finish.

This savoury Pinot Noir is the result of an assemblage of twelve individual batches sourced from our Maroondah Highway vineyard. Subtle aromas of rhubarb, violets, earth, chervil, mace, leather, pencil shavings & cocoa nib with a stemmy note contributed by fermention with stalks. The composed elegant palate exhibits strawberry, tamarind & peach stone tartness from ingrained natural acidity, softly spreading fruit weight & sweeping talc-like tannins.

'I reckon you could have your mind drifting to Provence with this delightful little pinot noir based rose. Light and aromatic with an appealing understated palate displaying some nice cherry and raspberry flavours. Good flavour with a fine, almost soft, acid and a crisp dry finish. Winemakers Leanne De Bortoli and her husband Steve Webber have been at the vanguard of Australia's rose revolution. This bone dry Yarra Valley Rose has lovely red berry fruit, savoury notes and can be paired with almost anything. Delicious drinking made for enjoying in the warmer months of the year.
