This outstanding Riesling has subdued lavender, fresh herb aromas, lemon blossom while the palate is soft round and smoothed out by a touch of sweetness that is deep and lingering. Before being grasped by a clenched fist of acidity.. The finish is taunt, ultra-crisp with a whisper of sweetness before the zesty dry grip takes over.

Henschke Julius is a classic expression of Eden Valley Riesling. An almost perfect vintage has provided the citrus blossom and lime aromas and an intense minerally structure which will develop for a decade at least.

This Chardonnay comes from the north of the Macedon Ranges, cultivated from 25-year-old vines thriving in granite-rich soil. It's fermented using wild yeast, with 30% being new oak, followed by ten months of aging on solids and lees. It presents a vibrant profile, uniting zesty citrus, delicate white flowers, nectarine, and intricate nutty and mealy notes. The palate delivers a refreshing, structured, chalky texture with a subtle creaminess and remarkable intensity. Toolangi is a state forest just outside Healesville that was devastated during Black Saturday. The excellent vineyards remain, and continue to produce wines of personality and place. The Chardonnay combines varietal characters of quince and crab apple with some delicious nutty oak nuances. Its great value.

Pacha Mama has put down roots, out in the sticks, amidst the vines of Yarra Glen. This Chardonnay celebrates its Yarra Valley home. It's vibrant, yet complex. There's a bit of fruit, burnt matchsticks mingle with melon and citrus. It's all about harmony and balance.

The Wittmanns and their ancestors have been wine-growers in southern Rheinhessen since 1663. Since 1990, the family has cultivated the vineyards according to controlled ecological guidelines, and since 2004, bio-dynamically. This Riesling has a fine aroma of yellow fruits and apple, clear, elegant structure and juicy freshness. The cooler climate of Tasmania has helped to produce a wonderful Riesling; full of flavour and acid. Given these characters are in abundance, this wine should cellar for decades.
