A testament to Don Julios patience and determination for superior quality, Tequila Don Julio Añejo is the culmination of distinct rich flavours of agave balanced with the perfect amount of wood influence. Don Julio Añejo spends more than the minimum requirement of 1 year on oak, and is normally aged between 18 months and two years before it reaches its optimum age and taste profile. As with the rest of the Don Julio range the nose is fruity and floral, but with notes of vanilla and fresh agave, whilst the palate is slightly richer and more full bodied, yet still sweet and rich with citrus characteristics.

The palate is incredibly smooth and complex, vanilla notes and citrus fruits, lemon, lime and grapefruit are prominent. The finish has more of the citrus and agave notes with a light peppery twist and a sweet finish.

Solento Reposado has slightly sweet notes of caramel and citrus from the 9 months it's aged in American Oak Whisky Barrels. Best enjoyed neat or over ice with a slice of lemon.

Amarás Logia Cenizo keeps a balance between smoky and citric aromas on the nose, with bold and intense hints of roasted coffee beans. Handcrafted with a 14-year-old wild agave scientifically known as an A. durangensis. It is crafted using a particular artisanal recipe that starts with the use of local mesquite and huisache wood when cooked. It is milled with an axe. Its fermentation is 100% natural, in rectangular vats at ground level, maintaining a stable temperature. Please note that some bottling may have "Amores" rather than "Amares".
