This beautiful wine displays an attractive ruby red colour in a glass. The well balanced bouquet emits medium intensity fragrances of blackberry, dried herbs and earth. It offers coffee, toasted oak and vanilla characters towards the end. The nose smoothly makes way for a lush palate, filled with flavours of juicy forest fruits and soft vanilla, leading to savoury notes. Cullen, world famous for their Diana Madeline Cabernet Merlot, have introduced another Cab Merlot, a distinguished offshoot of the Langton's classified Diana Madeline. Majority Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Merlot and touch of Petit Verdot gives the wine a luscious, bright cherry flavour with red berries playing their part. Aged in French oak, 40% of which was new, for one year. Delicious to serve with veal, lamb or beef today, but will also reward up to 10 years in the cellar.

A lovely example of Margaret River Cabernet Merlot, Flametree Cabernet Merlot is showing big dense fruit characters of blackcurrant and stewed plums. A silky seamless palate with rich fruit concentration and chocolaty complexity. Matured in French oak barrels has softened and rounded this wine.

Leeuwin's Art Label Shiraz has quickly established itself as one of Margaret River's best examples of the variety. Aromas of pepper and dark berry fruit are followed by a palate of length and class.

This bold Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted using premium fruit parcels sourced from lush vineyards in the Margaret River wine region. The grapes were picked at perfect tannin ripeness, fermented, and aged for a period of 12 to 15 months in French oak barrels. The resulting dry red wine displays an inky red / purple colour, and exudes vibrant aromas and flavours of blackberries and dried leaves. This full flavoured palate combines with finely structured tannins to provide a textured and captivating finish. This elegant wine can be cellared for a decade from vintage. Pair it with dishes like braised beef short ribs, garlic chicken wings, and zucchini gratin with tomato confit, to fully appreciate its satisfying flavours.
