The Mangan Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is the sibling to the Cullen Vineyard version and shares the same level of elegance and flavour precision. The Hidden Cave range from Devil's Lair is the chance for the winemakers at this iconic Margaret River winery to express the daring and exciting edge to the regions wines. Their Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a racy little aromatic white with exotic aromas of crushed basil and lychee that are followed by flavours of gooseberry, mango and passionfruit. All capped off with some lime zest on the finish to complete this supreme crisp dry white wine.

Forester Estate Sauvignon Blanc has clean aromas with underlying richness and varietal fruit characters of lychee and passionfruit. There's a subtle hint of blackcurrant along with lime and well integrated cedar oak. There is a herbaceous thread through the wine of pea shell and nettle along with underlying wood smoke. On the palate, full and textured with a rich creamy texture. There is lychee, lemon thyme, nettle, roasted red capsicum and passionfruit along with balanced cedar oak and wood smoke.

In the glass: Pale lemon with a green hue. On the nose: Gooseberry, grapefruit and smokey oak aromas. On the palate: Layered and complex with lingering flavour persistence, lovely savoury layers of citrus fruit and faint tropicals, refreshing acidity and obvious yet good quality oak. The team at Hay Shed Hill has selected the best vineyard blocks on their Margaret River estate to create the Block Series. The fruit for this wine comes from some of the oldest Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc vines in the region. Full straw with yellow green hue, it presents a plush honeydew melon and warm honey mix with guava and lime juice generosity. The developing palate has a mouth-filling and harmonious mix of lime and melon with deeper traces of tropical fruits and touches of biscuit and honey chiming in on the finish. A complex barrel fermented style and ready to drink.

Margaret River makes some of Australias best Chardonnay and while its home to big names, we think Domaine Naturaliste, a smaller operator, is just as great, so were thrilled to share this with you. A well-balanced wine by Rosabrook Estate. The primary stone fruits mixed with minerality and subtle oak on the palate. It is fruity and elegant. A beautifully made wine for those seafood dishes.

Fragrant and energetic, the nose has an abundance of lycee, kiwifruit and blackcurrant with lime curd and lemon sherbet. Thai basil, sliced fennel, ginger and citrus blossom sit neatly in the background. A gentle entry leads to a delicately textured mid palate. Bursting lemon, lime and grapefruit dominate throughout with bright acidity, a slightly savoury line and a talc-like finish.
