Franchitto family owned grape grower, producer and bottler of premium wines, Bob Franchitto decided to make his vineyards organic and they are certified, as one of Australias largest growers. Made from a certified Top 20 Organic vineyards, winery & bottling line. Their Cabernet Sauvignon has a rich and complex bouquet prominent in blackcurrant, cassis and typical leafy Cabernet Sauvignon characters, along with a subtle hint of gaminess.

Good rich dark red colour. It has an abundance of luscious minty black currant fruits that enriches the palate with a great mouth filling taste. Enhance with nice clean flavours and good tannin structure that makes this a beautiful wine for any occasion.

Gold FortuneCabernet Sauvignon Merlot is plum red in colour and medium to full depth in hue. The bouquet shows bright cherry, chocolate and musk fruit aromas supported by savoury cedar oak. The palate is vibrant with blueberries and rhubarb balanced by choc-mint with the tannins having mouth-filling praline texture.

Ruby red with purple hues, with a bouquet of cherries, plums and subtle spice. The wine displays lovely rich, soft berry flavours with hints of cinnamon and vanillin oak.

Mainstay of the big Barossa red wine, Grant Burge produces a South Australian Shiraz with a slightly different angle. A luscious, yet delicately sweet fruited Shiraz with trademark flavours of red currant, ripe cherry and strawberry notes. In balance tannins and acid give a quite mellow mouthfeel that is perfectly suited a wide array of cuisine.

This is a vibrant red wine, with flavours of rich red and dark berry fruit. The finish is soft with vanilla oak and fine tannins creating good balance and length.

The Burge family are Barossa royalty with a history that dates back to 1885 when Grant Burge's Great Great Grandfather, John Burge, immigrated to Australia. Being the 5th Generation Burge, this wine pays tribute to the great impact the Burge family continues to have over the great regions history. The Cabernet Merlot is a wonderfully lush and vibrant wine with typical Barossa notes of vanilla and blueberry all kept in wonderful balance with judicious use of oak.

Church Block first appeared back in 1972 under the watchful eye of Greg Trott and was taken by one of the original vineyards that ran alongside the small Bethany Church, across the road from Wirra Wirra's old ironstone cellars. Over the last 4 decades, it has become one of Australia's favourites. The 2005 Church Block is showing just what a little patience can do. After six years, the velvet texture is the dominant feature with integrated tannin taking a backseat.
