A dry, crisp Riesling made from grapes sourced from a vineyard in Kalgan WA. This Riesling was completely unfiltered and unfinned therefore exhibiting more savoury characteristics. With age there are more citrus flavours, minerality, aromas of honey-suckle and the beginning of petroleum.

This is truly one of Australia's great Rieslings, and not surprising with the myraid of brilliant examples coming out of the Great Southern region in Western Australia. The Howard Park example has pristine aromas of crisp green apple and citrus flowers and a delicate intensely flavoured palate it is a pleasure to drink now or with bottle age.

Goundrey Unwooded Chardonnay is a bright and youthful Chardonnay that displays fresh varietal characters of melon and peach. Without the hindrance of oak, the vibrant, fresh fruit characters can be shown at their best.

Chalky mineral aromatics with lemon and lime. Tight knit acidity with chalky mineral flavours coming through on the palate. Acidity is long and fine with a steely structure and lengthy finish.

Only the clear free run juice was retained and vinified at cooltemperatures to capture the pristine varietal flavours and aromas. Settled post fermentation and bottled early to retain freshness. Unfined.Vibrant aromatics of lemon and lime blossom, with talc and minerality. The palate is generous showing great persistence of soft citrus acidity and textural weight leading a long andstructured finish of line and length without undue austerity.

Grapes for this wine were carefully sourced from select vineyards in the Great Southern region.The fruit was picked at night when the natural sugar levels were near 10 Baumé and the acid was in good balance.Only the clear free run juice was retained and vinified at cool temperatures to preserve varietal flavours and aromas. The resulting wine was made in an off dry style which retains the natural fruit sugars in tandem with a zesty mineral acidity. Its a riot of semi-sweet freshness and citrussy zing.

Fermented on skins, this is a textural wine, with it's various components delviering a wines that is more than the sum of it's parts. Ideal with spicy or salty foods. Pinot Gris / Gewurz / Riesling

'This delicate and silkily refined chardonnay absolutely nails the Pemberton style. Love it. Minerally and slightly savoury edges on the nose and the palate. Its delicate, yet there are layers of complexity which extend through a very long linear palate structure. Tightly controlled but sustained and penetrating.
