Vincents Breeze wines take their name from a picturesque stretch of water found between the Fleurieu and Yorke peninsula in South Australia known as the Gulf St Vincent. These wines were created by blending a number of separate vineyard parcels with the aim of balancing the strengths of each.Honeydew and brown lime flavours intertwine with a smooth and creamy mid palate. Grillo is a full-bodied white wine variety originating from Sicily. Winemaker John Gilbert imported and cultivated the variety to Australia, this is the first Grillo in Australia with many producers planting Grillo due to the variety's ability to hold the natural acidity in Australia's warming climate. John Gilbert the 'Godfather' of Grillo in Australia, has produced a full-bodied Grillo with flavours of citrus fruits, apple and almond. A great wine to pair with rich seafood dishes, pasta, pizza and some salty appetisers.

An excellent food wine, it matches well with just about any foods you might match a dry white wine to, but fresh white seafood dishes (white fish, squid, prawns & crabs) are perhaps the best accompaniment to this wine.
