West Cape Howe's Sauvignon Blanc enjoyed a cool ripening season in WA's Great Southern region that has produced this lovely white with real intensity and varietal character. Fresh, lively aromas of are followed by a palate with zesty flavours and crisp acidity.

This Blanc is a crisp straw colour, offering a romantic glow through it when held up to the sunshine or a dinner-time candle. The blend is made with majority Sauvignon Blanc grapes plus a handful of Chenin Blanc. The result is a classic dry white, with enough sweetness to give your taste buds something to dance around. The fruit comes from our Quindalup vineyard and is simply made in a stainless steel tank for freshness.

Western Australia's Great Southern region is currently the hottest Australian region for Riesling. Native to Australia's South West, the Cossack Spider-orchid is the common name for the endangered flora adorning the label.
