West Cape Howe's Sauvignon Blanc enjoyed a cool ripening season in WA's Great Southern region that has produced this lovely white with real intensity and varietal character. Fresh, lively aromas of are followed by a palate with zesty flavours and crisp acidity.

The Honeybomb Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a punchy and textural expression of a Margaret River SSB. It is very much in the Devil's Lair playground, experimenting with a small percentage of oak and lees work to add complexity whilst respecting varietal aromatics and purity. Defined by a mineral edge (quartz comes to mind) and muddled lime with a zesty line and salivating acidity layered with elements of starfruit and nashi pear like texture captured from a small barrel ferment component.Devil’s Lair senior winemaker Ben Miller’s enthusiasm for wine is extraordinary. Growing up in the Hunter Valley, he was encouraged to be adventurous, curious and hard working. It was playing rugby in many of the world’s winemaking regions, travelling and working through New Zealand, France, Spain, Portugal, US, Italy, Coonawarra, McLaren Vale and Margaret River that sparked a further love of wine. He’s now settled in Margaret River where he has the 'opportunity to work on the land and create something that speaks of its place'.

The Deep Woods Estate Hillside Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a wine that can be enjoyed on release but will find further complexity over the next two to three years. The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit and the aroma of nectarine, ripe citrus and white blossom.

Forester Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a clean, fruit driven wine style showing herbaceous, citrus and lifted floral characters distinct to Margaret River. Vasse Felix Classic Dry White contains flavours of gooseberries that dominate the aroma of this blend with hints of stone fruit and perfume in the background. Fresh and lively with lovely texture and good length of flavour it is ideal summer drinking.

This attractive blend displays lively aromas of freshly cut grass, grapefruit, passionfruit and gooseberries. The primary fruit complexity on the mid palate maintains interest from start to finish.

Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is delicate yet full, the palate is distinctively lemon and lime with subtle star anise, lemongrass and clove. Richness and weight are balanced with fresh acidity, giving direction and finesse.

West Cape Howe Cape To Cape Chardonnay is a bright and clear wine flaunting a light lemon colour. The bouquet of this cool climate Chardonnay wine is beautifully aromatic with raw cashew nut characters and fragrances of fresh melon fruit. The palate is delicious and delicately flavoured with sweet tropical fruits and fresh honeydew melons. With an amazing palate weight, this Chardonnay is balanced by fresh acidity and flavoursome length. Made for immediate enjoyment, the wine pairs well with grilled fish, roast chicken, or vegetable terrines.

An easy drinking ‘classic’ Margaret River wine style with wonderful purity – crunchy, fruit driven, lip-smacking dry with crisp acidity, subtle texture from the barrel ferment component yet with and a clean refreshing finish.The vibrant bouquet exhibits fresh passionfruit and citrus characters, with dried herbs and hints of lemon sherbet in the background. Some subtle barrel ferment complexity is also evident. Medium bodied, the zesty palate offers freshly squeezed lemon/lime flavours combined with tropical fruits and a touch of spice.
