All capped off with some lime zest on the finish to complete this supreme crisp dry white wine.

In the glass: Pale straw. On the nose: Lemon zest, gooseberry, passionfruit and nettle. On the palate: Citrussy entry followed by ripe tropical fruit and passionfruit, and racy acidity.

Oliver Crawford hits the mark beautifully with this Chardonnay that is bursting with Granny Smith apple aromas. In the mouth the wine is a cascading behemoth of white peach and rich nougat.
