his non-alcoholic Pinot Grigio has been made with our organically grown grapes from our vineyards in Virginia, South Australia. We have gently removed the alcohol to produce a Pinot Grigio with notes of nashi pears and apple with a delightfully crisp and refreshing finish. This wine contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, a level similarly found in most fruit juices! Our winemaker has ensured we have maintained as many of the original flavours as possible to bring you a delicate, non-alcoholic Pinot Grigio without the addition of artificial sugar!

A ripe, fleshy quaffing Chardonnay. Bright straw colour with yellow green tinged edges and a watery hue. Ripe peach and crème brulee like aromas fill the nostrils with hints of toasty oak and butterscotch also present. Fleshy and ripe, the palate features peach and tropical fruit flavours over vanillin spice and traces of crème brulee. Balanced acidity with a nicely shaped finish. Drink over the next year. Alc. 13%

Made in the traditional Italian style, fruit was sourced predominantly from the Del Rios vineyard in Victoria and gently pressed using airbag presses and the resulting free run juice was then chilled to 4 degrees and filtered before fermentation. Post fermentation the wine was cold stabilised and lightly fined before being cold filtered ready for bottling. Tropical fruit and pear flavours and hints of citrus provide a fresh, clean, crisp style with a medium bodied palate. A delicate aroma of pear and passionfruit with floral undertone.

Soft yellow in appearance with an aromatic nose of stone fruit and citrus with notes of creamy vanillin oak. The mouthfeel here is full and rich whilst the fresh stone fruit character and integrated oak delivers impressive flavour and a creaminess to the finish. This is a seamless and unashamedly flavoursome Chardonnay with big fruit flavours that belies its moderate alcohol making it the perfect luncheon wine to partner with many fresh or creamy cuisines.

This 2023 South Australian Pinot Grigio is a refreshing white wine with delicate notes of citrus, pear, and a hint of green apple. Its crisp acidity and dry finish create a clean, invigorating palate, making it an excellent pairing for seafood or a light, summery salad.
