Cat Amongst the Pidgeons Chardonnay is a beauty from the Barossa Valley. It's got great balance, with its tropical stone fruit flavours and subtle oak flavours. With a nice fresh finish, there's a lot to enjoy.

South Australia's first vineyards were established in the 1830's. Enjoying a wide range of climates including the cool temperatures of the Adelaide Hills, to the hot summer weather of the Barossa Valley, South Australia is arguably Australia's most diverse wine producing state. It is from these wonderfully diverse regions that winemaker Marty O'Flaherty selects the best varietals to produce Mojo wines. Marty's resounding philosophy is "wine should tell a story about the terroir in which it's grown, needing lots of love but minimal handling by allowing the growers to do what they do best." Mojo In Full Colour Moscato is fresh and flavoursome with vibrant honeysuckle, peach and freshly picked strawberries on the nose and palate. The hints of sweetness are perfectly balanced by soft, refreshing acid and a gentle spritz. The sweetness of the luscious fruits balanced with the refreshing acidity makes this easy drinking Moscato the perfect match for fruit based desserts in many shapes and forms.

Immediately appealing aromas of tropical fruits such as guava, kaffir lime and green mango against a more restrained nashi pear note. The exotic fruit profile intermingles with Asian spices such as lemongrass and pickled Japanese ginger. The palate’s medium weight demonstrates a lightness and deft touch, with long acidity and acute fruit flavours. The mineral like acidity shines through with a saline and seashell freshness.

Saltram No 1 is unashamadly a big, bold and rich Barossa Shiraz direct from the "old school". Sourced from some of the region's best old vine sites this is a rich, intense style with loads of spicy fruit and oak character. A benchmark Barossa Shiraz and a must for the cellar!

This is a newer world style of Chardonnay showing the elegance of fresh cool climate. Once harvested, the fruit was whole bunch pressed with the un-clarified juice that was fermented with inoculated yeast in seasoned French Oak Barriques. The wine by Paringa Estate was barrel stirred fortnightly during the eleven months of maturation and was sulphured early to retain fruit freshness & prevent malolactic fermentation. The bouquet of this wine is a mix nectarine, citrus/orange and complex sulphide solids aromas. The palate has similar fresh citrus & nectarine fruit flavours along with fine acidity. Chardonnay fruit combined with the complexity of barrel fermentation & maturation.
