Midleton Very Rare Irish Whiskey was first launched in 1984 and every year since a new vintage of Midleton Very Rare Irish Whiskey has been released, gaining a cult following. Midleton is the annual selection of the best distillates, hand selected by the Master Distiller Barry Crockett. Each bottle carries an individual number and the signature of the Master Distiller signifying its exclusivity and collectability. This release shows a spicy nose with herbal touches that complement the unique taste sensation of fruits, honey and floral nuances.

Teeling's Small Batch consists of hand selected casks which are given further maturation in ex-Flor de Cana Rum barrels imparting an extra sweet, smooth and slightly woody flavour unique to Irish Whiskey. Renowned for their vision in doing things differently, Teeling bottles this small batch at 46% with no chill filtration, creating an Irish Whiskey of true character.

The Teeling Vintage Reserve 30 Year Old Platinum bottling is one of the oldest Single Malt Irish whiskeys ever released. This Platinum bottling has been limited to only 250 bottles making this one of the worlds most exclusive Irish whiskeys. Having been distilled in 1983 and allowed to rest for over 30 years in Bourbon cask, this limited edition whiskey has been hand selected by our Master Blender for its distinctive taste qualities. The whiskey has inherited a huge amount of character over its 30 year journey leading to a complex floral nose with deep layered flavours and a long luxurious finish. The Whistler 5 Year Old Bodega Cask Single Malt is a triple distilled whiskey that has been wholly matured in the finest Spanish Sherry Butts for its whole life. These butts were sourced from our partners in the famed Bodegas of Jerez de la Frontera.

Nose: Salted caramel and vanilla jump out of the glass with light oak spices and undertones of zesty citrus, honey and a hint of nuts. Palate: Honey and creamy vanilla come to the fore with light oak spices that are all followed by the zesty citrus peel. A deliciously drinkable whiskey.

Nose: Apple drops, fresh citrus zest, creamy and luscious toffee undertones with banana, apricot, melon and creamy red raspberries. Palate: Sweet peach on the fore with pear and a bright fresh citrus zest. Malt undertone with creamy vanilla underneath Finish: Long and creamy with hints of pear and citrus zest remaining.

For the Brabazon Bottling Series 4, Teeling sourced unique barrels used by a long forgotten historical style of portugese port to prroduce a truly unique and distinctive bottling of Teeling Whiskey. Carvacelos is a style of Portugese fortified wine dating back to the 18th Century. These rare port barrels were filled with single malt distilled in 2007 and left for over two years to impart the full range of flavour and character on the whiskey. The result is a truly unique whiskey bursting with soft citrus fruits and distinctive prickly spice. Tasting Notes Nose: Caramel, malt, toffee, white grapes, Granny Smith apples, honeydew melon and mint Taste: Complex orchard fruit, hay-like malt, toast, honey, marmalade, sweetness, oak tannins and spice Finish: Port soaked dry fruit, malt and hints of cookie dough.
