Garagiste Terre de Feu Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir

Garagiste's only 100% whole bunch Pinot and the wine also sees a little more new oak than the rest. Expect a lifted yet restrained & complex nose with red fruits, smoke, bacon & thyme notes leading to an intense, deep palate with a core of silky Pinot fruit framed by fine, powdery tannins. A serious Pinot that is delicious now but that will equally benefit from a few years in the cellar.

Bannockburn Vineyards Pinot Noir

Oakridge Henk Pinot Noir

A vintage defined by cool, wet conditions, low crops and harvesting late into autumn. The resulting wines have great depth of flavour and vibrant, balanced acidities. A traditional winemaking approach was used to produce this wine - whole berry bunch fermentation in open vessels for two weeks followed by a 10 month maturation in French oak.

William Downie Mornington Pinot Noir

Silky and round, this superb wine shows why William Downie is rightly considered one of the best Pinot producers in the country. A terrific example of Downie's philosophy of 'time and place', this Pinot is fresh and lively, with great flavour concentration and character. After a many years in bottle the wine will develop beautifully by releasing all the complex cranberry, plum and lavender notes.

Terindah Estate Pinot Noir

Pale ruby in colour with delicate floral, ripe cherry and plum aromas, along with hints of nutmeg and cinnamon. The elegant and vibrant palate showcases cherry, rhubarb and plum fruit flavours. Dry and savoury on the palate with beautifully balanced acidity, a soft tannin structure and lovely lingering finish, this wine is beautiful to enjoy now but will also benefit from age.

Fenian Syrah The Big Fella

This wine shows a colour of deep red or garnet with a crimson hue around the edge. Aroma of blood plum and a bit of spice. Lovely flavours with early fruit sweetness of plums and cherry followed by black pepper and a beautiful acid finish and certain longevity. Perfect example of cool climate Syrah. Drinks well now and for upto 8-10 years.

Lusatia Pinot Noir

Lusatia Park at Woori Yallock in the upper Yarra Valley is considered one of Australia's top style Single Vineyards. With a unique site, soil and climate, this legacy vineyard is ideal for producing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay of exceptional quality. Dense, ethereal and concentrated Pinot characters. Supple perfumed aromas, gentle texture, layers of red and dark fruits, silky tannins.
