Fresh lifted aromas of lemon, lime, guava and pineapple. On the palate, zesty flavours of lemon, lime and grapefruit with a small portion of Semillon adding complexity and mouth feel before leading to a crisp dry finish.

Lifted aromas of ripe peach, nectarine and cantaloupe and mixed spice with toasty notes. On the palate, complex flavours of ripe peaches and cream with lively nectarine, biscuit and yeast notes and mineral like acidity.

The Shiraz is sourced from our Cookoothama Vineyard on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River at Darlington Point in the Riverina. Complex aromas of ripe berry and spice. Full-bodied wine displaying elegant tannins and powerful fruit concentration with a well-structured palate of dark cherry and blackberry melded with earthy overtones and well-integrated oak.

Bright strawberries and subtle cherry with a refreshing mineral finish. This charming lighter in alcohol red at just 9% is the perfect drop when looking for a lower in alcohol alternative. Enjoy with smoked chicken and avocado salad, or prawn and chilli linguine Select parcels of Shiraz and Sangiovese grapes were de-stemmed and crushed, with the juice and skins quickly separated to ensure a delicate pink colour. The juice was fermented cold in stainless steel using an aromatic yeast strain. A small amount of residual sugar was le in the wine to balance the acidity on the palate. This Pinot Noir from the home of the long white cloud offers ripe red berry fruit aromas of cherries and vanilla with spicy undertones.
