Lifted aromas of ripe peach, nectarine and cantaloupe and mixed spice with toasty notes. On the palate, complex flavours of ripe peaches and cream with lively nectarine, biscuit and yeast notes and mineral like acidity.
Cookoothama Shiraz
The Shiraz is sourced from our Cookoothama Vineyard on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River at Darlington Point in the Riverina. Complex aromas of ripe berry and spice. Full-bodied wine displaying elegant tannins and powerful fruit concentration with a well-structured palate of dark cherry and blackberry melded with earthy overtones and well-integrated oak.

Zilzie Liv Lighter Rose
Bright strawberries and subtle cherry with a refreshing mineral finish. This charming lighter in alcohol red at just 9% is the perfect drop when looking for a lower in alcohol alternative. Enjoy with smoked chicken and avocado salad, or prawn and chilli linguine Select parcels of Shiraz and Sangiovese grapes were de-stemmed and crushed, with the juice and skins quickly separated to ensure a delicate pink colour. The juice was fermented cold in stainless steel using an aromatic yeast strain. A small amount of residual sugar was le in the wine to balance the acidity on the palate. The wine was bottled early to maximise flavour and freshness. • Only 9% Alcohol • Only 85 Calories Per 150ml Serve
The People's Pinot Noir
This Pinot Noir from the home of the long white cloud offers ripe red berry fruit aromas of cherries and vanilla with spicy undertones. The palate is rich in flavours of cinnamon, rhubarb, tamarilllo and red cherries shine through. The tannins are velvety with a long finish. Ideally suited to drink with figs, swiss cheese and dark chocolate.
Zilzie Liv Lighter Pinot Noir
Charming red berry fruits with a dash of spice and soft tannins. Like most Australians, we love a drop of pinot noir and this drop by the Zilzie wines clan is a great example of how lighter in alcohol does not mean lighter in flavour. Fragrant spice, cherry and strawberry, with subtle undertones of sweet oak dominate the nose, with full juicy cherry, rhubarb and spice flavours hitting the palate with oomph.
