Maison Audry Cognac Fine Champagne XO 18y to 20y
XO A UNIQUE VISION OF THE HOUSE’S TREASURES. OLFACTORY NOTES First scents of black pepper, vanilla then floral and spicy touches. TASTING NOTES Silky and voluptuous entry in the mouth, sweet bitterness, nuances of dark caramel and almond. Perfectly balanced blend. Very nice length in the mouth. At the start of its ageing, this cognac undergoes a rapid passage in new barrels to keep the natural aromatics of the eaux-de-vie. It will then be transferred to an old barrel to continue its development in a humid cellar to promote its roundness and accentuate the rancios. This blend is a mixture of eaux-de-vie with and without lees, aged at least 18 years and only from the terroirs of Petite and Grande Champagne. With its ABV of 40%, the reduction of eaux-de-vie in a natural way is favored. This high degree offers a more accomplished taste discovery as well as a better perception of aromas. This cognac contains no additives, sugar, or caramel. Only a slight filtration is carried out to preserve its aromatic qualities as much as possible.

Delord Bas Armagnac XO Premium 25 40 Years
A special edition Armagnac that far exceeds the required age for an XO. The brandies used for the Delord XO Premium are aged between 25 and 40 years and unlike the other bottlings from Delord, this comes packaged with a metallic label and black wooden box. Tasting Notes: Nose: Rich and strong. Delicious aromas of orange flower, dried apricots, candied citrus and soft spice, such as star anise and cinnamon. Palate: Full with a tantalising touch of pepper, followed by a refreshing bittersweet note. An Armagnac that combines strength and indulgence. Pair with meltingly soft, dark chocolate fondant.
Domaine Tariquet Montreur Dõours Bas Armagnac
Grape Varieties: Plant de Graisse 70% and blend of Baco & Ugni blanc 30% Tasting Notes: Montreur d’Ours is an entirely new Bas-Armagnac “Hors d’Âge” (XO) that blends 10 to 20-year-old barrels of the Plant de Graisse, Ugni blanc and Baco grape varieties. This cuvée pays tribute the Grassa-Artaud’s family’s ancestors, originally from Ercé, a small village nestled in the mountains of Ariège, at the foot of the Pyrenées, who maintained the bear tamer tradition. In 1912, they acquired Domaine Tariquet in Gascony that had been making Armagnac since 1683.
Domaine Tariquet Bas Armagnac 25 Years Pure Folle Blanche
25 years of ageing offer us a rare and delicate stage of maturity that combines finesse and intensity. To be enjoyed after a meal with a cigar or bitter dark chocolate. Tasting Notes: Gold colour with touches of orange. The nose of the Pure Folle Blanche 25 years evokes creamy caramel and pastry aromas. We then discover a tremendous complexity and an incredible length in the mouth through a multitude of aromas of stone fruits, dried fruits and spices.
Chateau Tariquet Hors D'Age Bas Armagnac 15 Years Carafe
A blend of Ugni Blanc (60%) and Baco (40%), aged 12 to 15 years, the Hors d'Age from Domaine Tariquet is a supple and complex eau-de-vie, combining finesse and power. The tannins are perfectly integrated, testifying to a subtle alliance between oak and fruit. The finish offers superb aromas of toast, rancio and candied fruit. The natural colour of the Domaine's Bas-Armagnacs comes exclusively from aging in oak barrels.

Jack Daniels Sinatra Select
Much like Frank himself, this Whiskey is one of a kind. Sinatra Select pays tribute to Jack’s biggest fan: Frank Sinatra. Made with unique “Sinatra Barrels” that have deep grooves specially carved into their staves to expose the whiskey to extra layers of toasted oak. This added exposure imparts a rich amber colour, bold character, and pleasant smokiness, punctuated by an incredibly smooth vanilla finish. Much like Frank, this Tennessee Whiskey is one of a kind.
Château Montrose St-Estèphe
The balancing act of Chateau Montrose sees 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot and for the first time an inclusion from the recently purchased vineyard parcel of Phelan Segur. Chateau Montrose is considered a top producer from St-Estephe, known for potential in cellaring and considered unique for its style, which is set to 'vin de garde' wines. The estate property is set on gravel-based soils and sits in what is conisdered a microclimate, also conspiring in the unique perfumes, composition and forimdable structure of these wines. 2010 has been spectacular for Montrose power and presence, and will be a worthy wine to drink in a decade to 75 years.
Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé
Chamapagne Rosé is a true delight to the senses and Billecart-Salmon rightly takes its place in the top echelon. A vibrant Salmon pink colour greets the glass, with a long, smooth, delicate, elegant and refined palate to follow. Without the price tag that others of this quality demand, this is a Champagne that all must enjoy at least once.
