Berri Dolce Bianco is a delicious, light, fruity styled sweet wine modelled on the famous Italian style. Conveniently packaged in the 5L cask, it's perfect for functions or to be enjoyed with friends on a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Made in the traditional Italian style, fruit was sourced predominantly from the Del Rios vineyard in Victoria and gently pressed using airbag presses and the resulting free run juice was then chilled to 4 degrees and filtered before fermentation. Post fermentation the wine was cold stabilised and lightly fined before being cold filtered ready for bottling. Tropical fruit and pear flavours and hints of citrus provide a fresh, clean, crisp style with a medium bodied palate. A delicate aroma of pear and passionfruit with floral undertone.

As dusk turns to dark, The owls in their nook, Hoot from their perch, with a distinctive, 'boo book, boo book' The Boobook owl is native to the land from which this wine is sourced from, Australia. This Riesling has juice lime and floral notes. On the palate lifted citrus and lime flavours balanced by chalky acidity with a crisp finish.
