The Leogate Estate Black Cluster Shiraz is made from grapes grown on our own 50-year-old historic Black Cluster Vineyard in the Hunter Valley.This single vineyard sits at the foothills of the Brokenback Mountain Range and the grapes are carefully selected from individuals old vine Shiraz blocks, then fermented and matured using a selection of new and older French and American oak barrels.This is a rich red wine displaying layers of red and blue fruits that are well complemented by the sweetness and structure from the oak barrels. The presence of fine tannins and spicey note contributes to the seamless palate, delvering a wine of greater character, intensity and balance.

Made using grapes from vines over 100 years old. Vivid purple in colour with aromas of black current, blueberry, leather and spice. The palate is long and layered with black and blue fruits, and layers of leafy complexity with tobacco and chocolate notes.

Meet the black sheep of the Scarborough family, a Pinot Noir that defies the odds of a warm region with varietal charm. These days its a scarcity to find Pinot Noir in the Hunter Valley but Scarborough are firm believers in the style and select the best fruit possible to create a non-vintage style that is the best interpretation of the variety. Krinklewood Shiraz is a deep plum coloured wine from Hunter Valley. The bouquet of this classic red offers spiced aromas of plums, cherries, forest timber and dried apple. The well-structured palate exhibits velvety-smooth tannins layered over vibrant fruit characters. The wine has a bright, engaging and lengthy finish. This medium-bodied wine will continue to develop with careful cellaring. Pair it with barbecues, grilled meat, lamb chops or pork tenderloin.
