They identify agaves located in the Los Valles region of Tequila, finding optimal conditions for 818 by waiting for at least 7 years for the agaves to reach peak maturity. Taste: Sweet agave and vanilla, with undertones of tropical and citrus fruit. Body & Colour: Brilliant platinum, light body. Aromas: Lemongrass, mild floral elements, chamomile and light minerality. Using 100% Weber Blue Agave, picked at their peak anywhere from 8-12 years old Añejo is aged in French Oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months. Its finish is described as spicy and well rounded with flavours of toasted oak, vanilla and butterscotch. This deep, luxurious tequila by 1800 is ideal for sipping.
