This wine is unfiltered and matured for 10 months in older oak to preserve maximum primary fruit lift and intensity. Mr. Killerman lived in a humble tin shed in the hills behind Kilikanoon. He foraged through the Clare Valley for his meals, finding wild rabbit and many other gourmet treats.
