Aqua Vitae Modern Gin is as natural as it can get, and brings a flavour like no other.Translated from old Latin, aqua vitae means water of life, a term used for distilled spirits that originated in the Middle Ages. Reinvigorating the name called for reinvigorating the spirit.With a focus on local Tasmanian and Australian ingredients, some of which we harvest ourselves, Aqua Vitae challenges the heavy gins that dominate the Australian market, providing a modern, clean spirit that teases the palate with fresh, fruity, and floral notes. The imperial mandarin, eucalyptus, and lemon myrtle notes pair well with a light tonic and a slice of fresh peach or mandarin.

Influenced by the traditional London Dry style gin but uniquely Australian. Featuring juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, liquorice root, orange peel, Oolong tea, Australian native thyme, finger lime and aniseed myrtle. Makes for a delicious citrusy martini. Distilled in small batches at our Gold Coast distillery, Wildflower Signature Gin is a subtle balance of juniper, lemon myrtle and gentle hints of the distiller's backyard honey.

Ink Gin gets its unique colour from the deep natural infusion of petals from an exotic blue flower. Its even more remarkable, when mixed with tonic and it turns from its lustrous blue to a remarkable blush pink. A premium dry gin made with 13 organic botanicals, including a mix of traditional and Australian natives. Like all true gins, juniper berries are the largest botanical component, however the defining character of Ink Gin comes from the second tier botanicals led by locally grown lemon myrtle leaf, coriander seed, Tasmanian pepper berry and freshly peeled sundried sweet orange peel. These major ingredients give Ink Gin its fresh piney, spicy and citrusy aroma and flavour. The third group of minor botanicals include elderflower, cinnamon, cardamom, angelica root, oris root, licorice root and lemon peel. Like a pinch of salt, these minor ingredients are critical to the end result adding perfume, body and balance.

Classic, pronounced, forward and attractive on the nose, truly classic in style. Uplifting, assertive and balanced in the mouth with an all-out ambush of grapefruit, scorched orange peel along with some balanced leafy aspects and a whiff of blossom. Pleasing and captivating.
