Introducing 36 Short Gin (Pando's suit size), a one of a kind regional spirit made for great times and handcrafted in South Australia. 36 Short Original Gin is perfectly tailored with a balanced range of botanicals, lifted floral notes over a full flavoured back palate that make this Gin the equivalent of a black tie outfit.

Our signature gin is craftfully made using 16 different ingredients which combined in our secret balance of flavours produces a delightfully tasting botanical gin. The Botanicals used include; Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Star Anise, Almonds, Cloves, Cardamom, Dill Tips, Ginger, Grains of Paradise, Black Pepper, Orris Root, Cinnamon, Angelica Root, Fresh Lime, Fresh Lemon and Fresh Orange.

The original. Our Sydney Dry Gin is unlike any other. We steep 10 botanicals in Australian wheat spirit, which is then distilled in our little German copper still. You'll notice a classic juniper backbone complimented by fresh green apple, native strawberry gum leaf, and chamomile. It is an easy drinking gin - delicate, fresh, and floral. Perfect in a strong G&T, a gin and soda, or a dry martini. For more delicious results, serve with a strawberry.
