Perhaps the worlds finest producer of Tequila, Patrón is as desirable as any and both beautifully packaged and produced. As opposed to Gold Tequila, Silver Tequila doesn't spend any time in oak barrels and as such it has a lighter, fresher taste. Perfect for the ultimate margarita.

From a 37-acre vineyard, Château Pavie Macquin is stunningly situated on the clay-limestone plateau of Saint-Émilion on the right bank of Bordeaux. 2010 has produced a formidable wine: a blend of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, this is a top release of the harvest year and a highlight from St-Émillion in 2010. Tannins, restraint and inward concentration are motifs, this is a wine for the patient, sophisticated collector who wishes to embellish a cellar with pedigree wines that need time and maturity to come to the fore.

Margaret River is a world renowned Chardonnay producing region and Pierro can rightfully stake a claim as to why. Incredibly complex, it is a tangle of fine-boned acid, lees complexity, pristine fruit and the most detailed use of good quality oak. Extremely enjoyable now, but will benefit from short to medium term cellaring.

Patrón Añejo is delicate blend of uniquely aged tequilas. All the tequilas are aged in small white oak barrels for a minimum 12 months. As in many premium red wines, the blends must be adjusted for each vintage. The same care and attention is paid when blending Patrón Añejo making it smooth, distinctive and extraordinary.

A very famous old property within the region of Sauternes that has been rejuvenated over the past 20 years with the introduction of the Narby family from Canada. The rich and voluptuous wines are now matured in 60% new oak and the results are for all to see with wines of great complexity, harmony and elegance.

This outstanding tequila is hand-made from stone-crushed agave in the town of Tequila itself. The Blanco is a remarkable, soft and smooth tequila - the best example of a heartland tequila available.

Hibiki, meaning resonance in Japanese, speaks to the soul and emotions of the most discerning whisky lover. Hibiki Harmony has a rich aroma and has a harmonious flavour.

Teusner Albert Shiraz is made from old vines in the northern Barossa; rich black fruits and tarry cassis with smoky undertones, the finish is long and luscious. Could easily be cellared for the medium term.
