Shikkoku is a Japanese word that reflects the jet black colour of onyx, perfect for this enchantingly dark, slow-aged brew marked by an elegant and mellow flavour profile. Dark shadows contrast sharply with the brightness of its fine, tea-coloured head. Aromatic hops surround the nose. COEDO Shikkoku is created with two variations of black malt which are combined with six other malt varieties, making for a black lager that is smooth, light and balanced - never cloying.

Margaret River is a world renowned Chardonnay producing region and Pierro can rightfully stake a claim as to why. Incredibly complex, it is a tangle of fine-boned acid, lees complexity, pristine fruit and the most detailed use of good quality oak. Extremely enjoyable now, but will benefit from short to medium term cellaring.

Deep magenta in colour: aromatic and lifted with an array of scents that include: blood plum, red berries, smoky charcuterie, cinnamon, Szechuan pepper and the sweet smell of sous bois lingering in the background. This wine has grace and refinement yet it also shows restrained power. It becomes even more complex and tight with decanting and breathing for an hour or more. Ilegal joven mezcal is a perfect balance of espadin agave and light smoke. Deep agave aromas. Hints of baked apple and white pepper. Lingering heat and sweet agave throughout.
