Cradle Cabernet Sauvignon
Cradle Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark red colour with a vibrant appearance that matches its aroma. Notes of fresh mocha, caramel and blackberries dominate. The palate is smooth and well balanced with tones of coffee and hints of chocolate. The careful integration of new French oak and older American oak are evident and give rise to the overall length, balance and finish. This wine whilst drinking beautifully now will also cellar extremely well over the seven to ten years.
