Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin
Yarra Valley makes some of the finest wines in the world. In 2015, Four Pillars combined Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz Grapes in Australia to create Bloody Shiraz Gin for the first time. 2018 release has great depth of colour compared to previous releases. Flavour-wise it's showing dark fruit, red berry and spice. There is also plenty of that classic Yarra Shiraz white pepper. And of course a lovely ginny character carries those grape aromas, making it unmistakably gin. The palate is lovely and sweet, with long juniper and spice characters to finish.

Each bottle is individually numbered, hand labelled and produced in small batches from their small distillery in the Yarra Valley.

Greenall's Wild Berry Gin
Greenall's Wild Berry London Dry Gin is distilled by G&J Greenall's, England's oldest gin distillers, and the first expression of the 1761 Greenall's The Original London Dry Gin. The recipe was inspired from the blackberries growing in English hedgerows. Nose: Subtle red fruit balanced with rounded juniper notes and fresh citrus flavours. Taste: Silky smooth opening that develops into rich camphor and citrus taste with underlying fruity touch. Finish: Medium length with delicate sweetness.
Forty Spotted Rare Tasmanian Gin
Forty Spotted Rare Tasmanian Gin is hand distilled in small copper pot stills using the steeping method of Gin production and use of traditional botanicals of juniper berry, coriander and lemon peel creating a traditional London Dry style, but incorporating something a little bit special to give this Gin a unique finish.
Green Ant Gin
Traditionally favoured by Indigenous societies for their medicinal benefits and protein content, native Green Ants are a unique bush tucker hand harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people. The Green Ants display vibrant coriander and kaffir lime leaf flavours, with a citrus and lime burst on the palate further enhanced by Finger Lime. Native Juniper (Boobialla) is evident in the floral, perfumed aromatics, while spicy notes of Pepper Berry balance the citrus flavours. Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and Anise Myrtle provide green, leafy herbaceous characters which replicate traditional English Juniper resin characters.

Malfy Gin Con Arancia
MALFY® Con Arancia’s key botanical additions are Blood Orange peels sourced from Sicily. Blood Oranges are a prized variety in Sicily – and harvested in November – their rich red colour develops from the cool Mediterranean nights. The Blood Orange peels are steeped in alcohol and pressed in a basket press. The infusion is then blended with juniper and other botanicals before being distilled in a stainless steel vacuum still.

Amaretto is a traditional sweet Italian almond flavoured liqueur. Disaronno is flavoured by a combination of herbs and spices that are then soaked in apricot kernel oil. The final product is delightfully rich yet delicate.
