Cabriola By Borsao Grenache

A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mazuela (Carignan). The wine is an elegant ruby and garnet colour over a very deep cheery red. Aromas of vanilla with intense fruity tones and soft tannins coming from the wood. It has a long and pleasant very harmonic aftertaste, perfectly structured and fleshly.

Brise Maritime Mediterannee Rose

A beautiful expression of a Rosé from the Mediterraanée appeal in France. Very light pink colour, typical of the region’s wines. On the nose, the aromatic fan is well defined, where cassis and wild fruits predominate. In the mouth a well-balanced wine, pleasant and easy to drink. ‘A light pink salmon colour welcomes you in the glass, followed by a mysterious yet spicy nose. A tight, crisp experience on the palate that reveals fresh red berries with hints of strawberries. A thoroughly enjoyable rosé that delivers the goods on all fronts however when paired with prawns or seafood generally would enhance the experience.’ - 94 points (5 stars) – Leo Daly, Wine Matrix.‘Restrained and delicate, the wine shows Granny Smith apple, fresh fig, citrus peel and subtle flinty notes on the nose. The palate is elegantly weighted and linear with crisp acidity, finishing persistent and zesty.’ - 93 points (5 stars) – Sam Kim, Wine Orbit.95-96 points (4.5 Stars) – Winestate.

Serafino Reserve Grenache

Perfumes of forest berries, cherries, plums and spice. This Grenache is medium bodied, with a long even bright palate. This brightness is super silky with spice, violets and plums. A fruit forward style with beautiful complexity. The fruit is destemmed and then whole fruit is transferred to small open fermenters. The fermentation lasts up to 10 days at moderate temperatures. During the fermentation the wine is taken away from the skins and returned over the skins to aid in gentle extraction of the flavours and tannins. A small portion of the wine underwent carbonic maceration adding to the cherry fruit lift. The wine develops in a combination of 8 to 12 year old French and American hogsheads. The Serafino story began in 1964 when Steve (Serafino) Maglieri arrived in Australia from Italy as a passionate teenager full of dreams. Two years later, with the assistance of his father Giovanni, he planted his first vines in McLaren Vale that now extends to 350 acres, laying the foundation of a winemaking dynasty that today is known as Serafino Wines and overseen by his daughter, Maria. From the beginning, Steve and his father worked from dawn to dusk seven days a week to produce wines of such outstanding quality that it wasnt long before the accolades began to flow.

An Approach To Relaxation Magnolia Grenache, Vine Vale

An Approach To Relaxation Magnolia Vine Vale Grenache Vale Vale is a little secret corner of the Barossa Valley. East of Chateau Tanunda, in the lee of Mengler Hill, the sandy soils are a haven for Grenache vines planted on this own roots 90 years ago in the Neldner Vineyard. '...simple done well with some elevation of character.'- Mike Bennie Blood orange zest on the nose carries through to the acidity. Plaited around this line of fresh consistency is a nose of peonies and palate with a negroni swatch of cherry and a bitter fruit sweetness through a medium body. Theres skittish energy, too, that keeps this wine compelling, glass after glass.
