Distilled in small batches in a custom built 230L Müller copper still, fresh ruby grapefruit, native aniseed myrtle, cubeb pepper and tonka beans are used to create this Gin. A smooth, well-rounded Gin for making classic cocktails and controversy. Perfect in a G&T with a ruby grapefruit garnish, and holds its own in a martini or negroni.

Mohn Poppy gin is made from rye spirit in a small batch. In 1688 the island of Muhu was called Mohn, which in German means the Poppy Island. From there comes the taste and tone of the gin – hand-picked blue and green juniper berries and poppy seeds of the island. Hand-crafted gin an intriquing blend of wild poppies, green and blue juniper berries from the unique Mohn (Muhu) island. Unfltered to maintain full flavour. The berries & seeds are handpicked and native to the isle. Base spirit is distilled from winter rye. Sleepy fishing villages, working windmills, thatched cottages, plenty of deer, moose and birds plus a more secluded location help define Muhu as profoundly Estonian.

Red Leg is an authentic spiced rum from the Caribbean that is named after the Red Leg Hermit Crab which is native to the coral reefs of the area. An award winner, this tripled distilled in a copper pot and macerated for 3 days using 14 Australian native botanicals (plus 1 non-native). This unique flavoured Gin provides a hint of juniper to start off and then the intensity of the other flavours start to come through. Lemon, mint and then a boom of herbaceousness topped off by a peppery after note.

Starting with Tuscan juniper berries, we searched near and far for the finest botanicals to give 1829 its balance between bright citrus characters and savoury spice. At 45%, 1829 makes a truly indulgent gin and tonic as well as a classic martini. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Billy Goat's Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth.
