An icon of the Barossa, Wolf Blass remembered through the fantastic range of value for money wines his winery continues to produce. The Eaglehawk Chardonnay has a bouquet that is lifted, tropical notes, peach characters, and subtle oak integration. Lindeman's Bin 65 Chardonnay is full bodied and soft with bright varietal flavours of pineapple and fig. The palate is creamy and smooth with light touches of spice. A subtle note of oak completes the offering.

McGuigan produce another fantastically smooth and rich Merlot from their Black Label range. It is a soft and flavoursome wine with ripe fruit flavours of raspberry, cherry and plums integrated with subtle oak.

McGuigan provides a luscious and smooth drinking Cabernet Merlot here with nice concentration from the Cabernet Sauvignon balanced well with smooth, silky Merlot. Plums and blackcurrants cover the palate complimented by a silky finish.

This is a sweeter simpler style Tawny, quite fruit forward, lighter in style.

McWilliam's have been apart of the Australian wine scene for over a century and just like they did back in the beginning, still produce great affordable fortified wines like this Sweet Sherry.

Pale yellow in colour with a restrained nose of stone fruit and white peach, struck match and notes of creamy oak. The palate is bold and upfront with a burst of peach, guava and melon flavours and a rich and soft texture building to a mouth-coating and full back palate framed by subtle toasty oak. Fresh acidity gives balance before a soft dry finish.

Bubbles is delightfully fresh, fruity and soft with great palate length. Flavours of tropical fruits are perfectly combined with medium sweetness and a delightful crisp finish.
