The Eaglehawk Chardonnay has a bouquet that is lifted, tropical notes, peach characters, and subtle oak integration. The Chardonnay was one third fermented in fine French Oak barriques delivery a soft and creamy mouthfeel, yet still with varietal lift and fine acid balance.

An all-time popular varietal, [yellow tail] Pure Bright Chardonnay has a creamy finish while being silky smooth and easy to drink. 25% lighter in alcohol compared to [yellow tail] Chardonnay, but full of flavour. Refreshing and vibrant, with fresh peach and melon flavours and a hint of vanilla.

Pale yellow in colour with a restrained nose of stone fruit and white peach, struck match and notes of creamy oak. The palate is bold and upfront with a burst of peach, guava and melon flavours and a rich and soft texture building to a mouth-coating and full back palate framed by subtle toasty oak. Fresh acidity gives balance before a soft dry finish.

McGuigan provides a luscious and smooth drinking Cabernet Merlot here with nice concentration from the Cabernet Sauvignon balanced well with smooth, silky Merlot. Plums and blackcurrants cover the palate complimented by a silky finish.
