A vigrant and intesnse wine with extremely dark colour, followed by a rich and concentrated mid palate with a soft round finish.

Taylors Discoveries Shiraz is a deep red with a vibrant purple hues, showcasing lifted fruit aromas of red currant, plum and a touch of spice. Subtle chocolate flavours and savoury characters from the oak maturation add complexity which balance perfectly the rich plum and spice on the palate. Soft and fleshy, with a silky smooth finish. Short term cellaring will reward, however able to be enjoyed immediately.

Deen was a master storyteller and a lover of wine who could often be found lounging over a barrel or makeshift table, eager to share a story and a glass of wine. This wine is a delicious blend of Shiraz, Durif and Cabernet Sauvignon. Together they create a rich, full bodied wine.

Since the 1970s this quaffable Shiraz Cabernet blend has done its fair share of barbeque and dinner party circuits. Colour: Blushing ruby red. Medium purple core. Aroma: Intense all spice. Perfumed notes of fresh red currants and strawberries. Light charcuterie notes: pastrami and bresaola. Intensely aromatic. Palate: Red fruits follow onto the palate. Vanilla crème gateaux. Fine graphite powdery tannins. Pannacotta silkiness on the palate. Red fruited succulence, plush juicy fruit and refreshing acidity giving length to palate. A finish reminiscent of creamy strawberry yogurt.

Light bodied wine, early harvested grapes resulting in a lower alcohol content. Full luscious berry, plum & spice, with a smooth finish.

Crimson with violet hues. Spiced plums and peppercorns with fruit cake and forest floor aromas. The palate is a mix of violets and spice with hints of dutch licorice and lingering plum and cherry flavours. This is a fruit driven, medium bodied wine with soft, silky tannins and a savoury, persistent finish.

The label is a treat (a tiny vintage caravan parked outside a grand French château) but the wine itself is what's really special here. Made by Jimmy Watson trophy-winning John Quarisa, it's a big, rich red with velvety tannins and a long, smooth finish. THREE Golds show that the show judges love it too. This is impressive stuff!
