A Barossa Shiraz with a difference - as colourful and dramatic as its label suggests! Dan’Jango is a lone-wolf, a maverick, a liberator, fighting his own personal war for freedom, for great wines. He personifies the dynamic RedHeads team, who have always looked to 'liberate' grapes, often destined to disapppear into big name blends.

It's easy to see why it's a firm favourite of many full-bodied Australian red wine fans.

An elegant cool-climate Shiraz with aromas of blackberry, plum, olive and subtle spice. The palate is vibrant, yet lacy, with refined notes of black fruits, violets and white pepper. The gentle tannins intertwine effortlessly with a blackcurrant fresh acidity and the light spice of considered French oak.Beyond the Wilderness, at the extremities of the earth, deep in the southern oceans lies a pristine land. Cool by prevailing westerlies whipped up by the Roaring Forties, this is Tasmania. A richly fruited yet savoury Shiraz. Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Spicy dark cherry and liquorice aromas mix with dried herb, earth and pepper notes. Rich dark to black cherry and liquorice fruits meld into an earthy dried herb and peppered smoked meat back drop. Slightly grainy tannins with a savoury mid length conclusion. Drink over the next 1-2 years. Alc. 14.3%

With the Southern Ocean coastline just minutes from Gemtree's vineyards, the maritime influence runs deep at this winery. Couple this with the certified organic vineyards that are tended by hand and you have a perfect recipe for a bold and full-bodied Shiraz; the Dragon's Blood McLaren Vale Shiraz. Choosing sites that offer the greatest varietal expression, concentration and finesse, the wine then saw maturation in French oak of sizes ranging from barriques (225L) to puncheons (500L) for 12 months. The result is a foreboding Shiraz that displays notes of blueberry, blackcurrant, aniseed and balancing earthen touch. Ideal served on its own to fully appreciate the rich and complex flavours but also at home when paired with French cutlets and slow cooked duck.

Pirramimma Stock's Hill Shiraz has bright cherry aromas with sweet oak and a hint of spice give this wine real appeal on the nose. The palate is rich with flavours of blackberry and chocolate balanced by grippy tannins. Great value!

Brokenwood Shiraz is a ripe and generous Shiraz with lifted cherry and mint aromas nicely balanced with sweet chocolate notes on the nose and a soft rich palate with savoury cedary flavours and fine grained tannins on the finish.
