Quarisa Enchanted Tree South Australian Shiraz

John Quarisa has been variously described as a “magician” and a “sorcerer” by Halliday. His wines do have a magic knack of winning Gold. His secret? Over 20 years of experience as a winemaker and wine judge – and a great attitude. As John says, “you just can’t take life too seriously”. His ‘Enchanted Tree’ Shiraz certainly has the magic Midas touch, winning a rare Double Gold. It's dark and sumptuous, with silky raspberry and plum flavours, with a dash of creamy oak and lovely sweet spice.

The Great Bonza Reserve Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

It's made by the talented John Quarisa, who has enjoyed a “distinguished career as a winemaker spanning over 20 years” (Halliday). John likes his wines to express big personality and juicy fruit and value for money – he’s certainly achieved that here! Ripe and round blackberries conspire with flavours of plum and cinnamon spice. On the palate, rich red berries and brewed coffee make for a very appealing wine.

Q Malbec

Old Fat Unicorn South Australia GSM

A wine with the pizzazz of a unicorn, but the serious expression of a rhino it will charge the palate with a surprising blend of blackberry and mulberry with a touch of savoury spice, dazzling not just to the eye but to every sense.

Angove Bin 4255 Limited Release Barossa Valley Shiraz

Angove is one of Australia's oldest family owned wineries, founded in 1886. They have access to some of the finest fruit in the 'big red' regions of South Australia's Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale. This Barossa beauty is powerfully rich, plush, velvety and intense ... serve it with your finest cuts of meat.

Caravan Merlot

A luscious Gold-medal Merlot from the great John Quarisa. It's smooth and complex, with velvety black forest fruits and a juicy plummy note. The palate is silky and lovely. It’s a brilliant partner to pan-fried lamb cutlets. John Quarisa’s lovely Caravan Petite Sirah has become a cult-classic with our customers. But will his velvety Merlot knock the Petite Sirah off its perch?

Angove Whirlpool Corner Shiraz

Sam Trimboli Bin Select Shiraz Durif Grenache

Wild Daisy Shiraz Tempranillo

Tahbilk Shiraz

Aromas of plums, spice and background peppery hints lead to a richly flavoured palate of blackberry, plum and anise fruits. Firm, supportive tannins will hold this release in good stead for further cellaring.
