Oliver's Taranga have a long and distinguished history in the McLaren Vale and are custodians of some of the premier vineyard land in the region. Coriole has been the pioneer of this variety in Australia - and for good reason! Spicy dark cherry and plum flavours, the palate is perfectly balanced with dusty drying tannins.

Shiraz and Grenache blend beautifully in many of the warmer parts of South Australia. This AAA is Paxton's 9th release, crafted similar to a Rhone-style wine yet it is packed with Au's Terroir. This class cabernet has deep red colour with purple hues indicating the freshness and quality to come. Aromas of leafy mint with complex capsicum and cedar with ripe berry notes adding complexity with firm tannins and well balanced acid leading to a long finish.
