The Wither Hills Pinot Gris has lovely fruit and aromas of ripe white peach, citrus and quince. It is off-dry on the palate with some refreshing acidity and beautiful succulent mouth feel. In times past, giant, flightless Moa roamed the fertile soils of Marlborough. Big, bold and totally unique as were the legendary Moa, so are the flavours of our Land of Giants wines. It's also worth mentioning that the winery behind this wine took out the "Best of Nation" award at the 2011 San Francisco International Wine Competition & Gold at Marlborough Wine Show 2013 & Pure Gold: Air New Zealand Wine Awards 2013.
