Taylors produce a surprise packet of a Pinot Noir at a very attractive price. Bright cherry colour complemented by a nose of strawberry and spice. Flavours of ripe cherries follow and lingers nicely on the palate.

Ripe and generous, the leafy, minty characters of Cabernet are complemented by the softness and plummy fruit coming from the Merlot. A nice touch of sweet oak completes the picture.

Sailing from the glass are vibrant aromatics of raspberry, red cherry and red liquorice infused with fresh herbs followed by some delicate spicy earth notes. Rich succulent dark raspberry, ripe cherry and red liquorice fruits are delivered with excellent intensity across the mid weighted palate. This Mr Mick Rosé is very close to the Tuscan style of rosé, with the alluring complexity of bright red fruits that lingers on the palate before a cleansing, dry finish with fresh acidity at the end. This beautiful rosé is a great match with most Asian cuisine, or with any dishes that has has a little spiciness.
