The bouquet is of savoury dried herbs formed around a core of red cherry fruit with a hint of honey, quite lifted with some earthy notes which move in and out of the bouquet. The palate is perfectly balanced, it speaks of red cherry and anise - ripe and textural with just a hint of tannin, leaving you with a satisfying sensation of refreshing summer fruit infused with spices and herbs. A wine to be enjoyed year round, not just in summer.

Temple Bruer Preservative Free Rose has loads of yummy cherry and pineapple flavours and a nice dry finish. Goes really well with sweet chilli dishes or Asian food.

From Coteaux d'Aix en Provence, and produced from carefully harvested and gently handled 55% Grenache, 20% Cinsaut, 10% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The result is an ultra pale rosé wine with a nose of elegant small red summer fruits and plenty of refreshing citrus aromas. This wine is vivacious and fresh, with a pleasant complexity. A delicious aperitif, it pairs gracefully with grilled meats, seafood and mediterranean cuisine.

ROSÉ Crystalline pink like a pale Argyle diamond, the nose shows scents of musk and apple blossom. The mid-palate is textural and full of summer berries with a crisp dry finish. Drink whilst young and fresh.

This Languedoc wine comes from organic vineyards, known from Louis XIV as a privileged place for rosé wines. The combination of two geological origins, schist and limestone, and the hilly terrain have created a complex network of groundwater that provides exceptional natural water supply. An elegant rosé with a lovely bright pink colour. On the nose, the intensity of the fruit highlights the complex aromas of strawberry and cherry, with a few hints of liquorice. The surprisingly generous and round mouthfeel is balanced by the freshness of this vintage. The finish is lively and elegant, lingering on notes of small red berries. Serve between 13 and 14°C with a tartar, wild salmon gravlax, sea bream or tuna. It can also be enjoyed with crustaceans such as lobster and crayfish.
