The colour is a mixture of faded copper and pink.The nose is elegant showing sweet strawberry and cherry characters, with a hint of fennel in the background. Fruit for this wine was hand-selected from our single site Yarra Valley vineyard. Merlot grapes were used with limited skin contact. Perfumed on the nose with notes of warm toffee and rose petals.The palate is dry with hints of watermelon and spice.
