Glaetzer-Dixon's wine maker Nick has taken four generations of Barossa shiraz wine-making knowledge and applied it to carefully selected parcels of shiraz grapes from the Coal Valley in Southern Tasmania. The Mon Père Shiraz is a pre-eminent cool-climate shiraz, with flavours and textures evocative of Northern Rhône valley wines.

In 1843, Dr Lindeman, an upstanding man of formidable character, started his own winery. In doing so, he set his sights on civilising a colony of hard-drinking ruffians by introducing them to more gentlemanly pursuits, such as the enjoyment of a refined drop. This longheld tradition continues today with this stately Shiraz, plush with plums, a hint of raspberry, and a dash of fortified wine for a smooth finish. A fine wine by anyones standard.

Rockcliffe is a Great Southern winery and their ability to capture the uniqueness of the terroir has earned them more than their fair share of awards and trophies. This rich Shiraz has a fresh, juicy acidity and gentle tannins, making it the perfect easy drinking red, especially when paired with braised meats.

This Cabernet Shiraz Merlot blend shows aromas of bright red cherry with lashes of plum and raspberry flavours. Leaving a full and lengthy finish on the palate. The perfect pairing for a slow cooked beef pot roast.

This shiraz has aromas of blackberry and plums with spicy oak. A soft yet full-bodied palate with black currant and blackberry, leading to a long, rich, oak finish.
