Dewey Station Wines Ann-Inspired Shiraz

The Ann-Inspired Shiraz is names after my late Nan- Thelma Ann Dewey. The 17th March 2017 marked the day that both my beloved Nan passed and the fruit for my top tier Shiraz arrived at the Winery. As a result, we dedicated the title of this wine to her memory.<br>The thumb print that you see on the front label, is that of my Pop - Raymond Dewey, who spent 76 years with dear Ann, so we felt it only fitting that they share in this label together.

OR Turkey Flat Shiraz

After a few years of cellaring, this iconic Barossa Valley Shiraz from Turkey Flat has evolved into a bold yet beautifully balanced classic. The intense fruit has mellowed into rich, dark layers of blackberry, plum and spice, with the oak now seamlessly integrated. Still full-bodied, the wine shows added depth and softness, with silky tannins and a long, elegant finish. A refined expression of Barossa Shiraz that rewards time and patience.

OR Yalumba Paradox Shiraz

A deep scarlet red that bursts with aromas of rose petals, plum, chocolate and cassis. With time, layers of vanilla cream, olive and sweet oak spice unfold. The palate is plush and generous, filled with dark cherry, plum and a touch of espresso, gliding into an elegant finish framed by fine tannins. Beautifully balanced and already drinking well, with the structure to evolve gracefully in the cellar.

Turkey Flat Sparkling Shiraz

Unashamedly festive, Sparkling Shiraz is the perfect addition to a Christmas lunch or Sunday brunch. Beneath a rich shade of crimson lies at its heart a deep, complex structure. Full of dried cranberry, cacao, blueberry and cherry. This wine is bold yet dazzling with a mosaic of flavours and a finish to match.

Head The Blonde Shiraz

Fresh blackberry and boysenberry, spice, liquorice, tar and dried herbs. Medium bodied, juicy bramble fruits, crisp boysenberry acidity, salted beef, firm but fine grained drying tannin, and a long fresh meaty herb infused finish.

Head Wines The Brunette Shiraz

Deep red in colour, The Brunette opens up with aromas of aniseed and spicy oak. Expect a palate full of red berries backed up by aniseed and liquorice. 'From a single vineyard in the Moppa district, a striking shiraz with deep, bright purple-red colour and youthful, undeveloped cherry aromas. The palate is full-bodied and fleshy, soft and superbly textured, with ample, persistent tannins and terrific length. Elegant yet powerful. It will reward cellaring. Huon Hooke | Good Food.
