Vincents Breeze wines take their name from a picturesque stretch of water found between the Fleurieu and Yorke peninsula in South Australia known as the Gulf St Vincent. These wines were created by blending a number of separate vineyard parcels with the aim of balancing the strengths of each. Medium to full bodied with dark fruit flavours, hints of wild herb and cedar. A perfectly balanced wine with generous fruit flavours and velvety tannins.

Over three generations the Barry name has been famous throughout the wine world and synonymous with the Clare Valley. A founding member of Australia’s First Families of Wine, the Barry family celebrated the 60th anniversary of its winery in 2020, the year it also scooped the title of Halliday’s ‘Winery of the Year’. Jim Barry bought his first vineyard here in 1959, and even helped the Taylor family open their winery a decade later. Son Peter took over Jim Barry in 1985, and today brothers Tom and Sam, with sister Olivia, have raised the bar even higher. Enjoy a new Jim Barry exclusive, an absolutely delicious Single Vineyard Grenache. The grape has become the hottest thing in wine in recent years, with a new generation of winemakers create fresh, super approachable modern styles. When Grenache – rare in the Clare Valley – came up in discussion, buyer Ben Cohn, an ardent devotee of the grape, was stoked. The wine was crafted using fruit from the family’s limestone-rich McKay’s vineyard in Watervale – and sings with fresh red fruit and elegant, sandy tannins. It boasts fresh raspberry & spice on nose & palate with bluefruits, plum & orange rind hints. Great length too. Serve it slightly chilled, and it makes a great match with Thai Pork Belly. Taylors celebrated 40 years in business with its first fizz. Fragrant notes on the nose, creamy and complex, bright citrus and stonefruit flavours, fine, persistent bubbles and a crisp, dry finish. A classic white sparkler from one of our favourite families.

Over 20 years of experience as a winemaker and wine judge – and a great attitude. As John says, “you just can’t take life too seriously” . Today, taste his Double Gold-winning ‘Enchanted Tree’ Cabernet. It's juicy and rich, with delicious dark plum, blackcurrant, blackberry, and subtle eucalypt and mint. The tannins are fine and smooth... a little bit of magic in the glass!

Founded in 1984 in Puligny-Montrachet, Chartron et Trébuchet is historically located in the golden triangle of the Côte de Beaune. In turn, Saint Romain is located in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, just next to the village of Meursault. This part of Burgundy is the home of the Chardonnay grape, which develops its most perfect expression on the clay and limestone soils found here. The wine boasts a clear light golden color with greenish highlights. Its richly aromatic nose has a nice Burgundian character, with notes of white flowers, grilled dried fruit and a saline minerality. The fresh and elegant mouth feel is based on an interesting balance between acidity and power, which gives this wine a beautiful saline length. Pair with simple pan fried fish or a traditional omelette.

Steersman Blonde is a refreshing low carb, low gluten lager. This easy drinking lager is brewed to ensure no compromise on flavour and a clean, crisp finish.

Straw in colour with subtle green hues and a delicate nose displaying apple and pear characters. While this wine retains the freshness and vibrancy that Prosecco is known for, the fruit for this NV release was picked later to provide a softer, rounder palate full of crisp citrus notes. This refreshing sparkling is made to drink young while at its light and delicate best.
