Levantine Hill Colleen's Paddock Pinot Noir
2014 is the inaugural release of Colleens Paddock Pinot Noir. It features a restrained, brooding and beguiling nose with hints of cranberry, sour cherry, wild raspberry, earth, stalks and charry oak. The aristocratic palate weaves an uncommon melange of toffee fruits, herbal flavours and savoury elements through fine, integrated tannins and delivers an elegant, luscious, velvety mouth feel. It combines lightness with richness and density with great length and persistence of flavour.
Château Pape Clément Pessac-Léognan
A blend of 51% Merlot, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Petit Verdot from 2010 - the Chateau Pape Clement is located in Pessac covering 32 hectares of vines, planted to red and white varieties. The estate is considered one of the most historical in all of Bordeaux, with history dating back to the 14th century, though its reputation wasn't fully forged until the mid-20th century. Detailed vineyard work is now a motif for the prestigious winery, and winemaking is set to modern with the use of stainless steel and higher ratio of new oak barrels. Though considered Cru Classe Graves, Chateau Pape Clement is considered one of the most collectable and highest quality estates in Pessac-Leognan.

Pegasus Bay Prima Donna Pinot Noir
Pegasus Bay have about a dozen different clones of Pinot Noir. With their original plantings, these grow intermingled throughout the various blocks. The vines, many of which are nearly 30 years old and on their own roots, grow on a series of north facing, gradually descending terraces. Traditional Burgundian winemaking methods are used. Bright ruby colour. Its generous aromas and flavours dark cherries, blackberries, raspberries and mulberries, suffused with chocolate mocha and spice. There is an underlying savoury character, suggesting grilled meats and mushrooms with a hint of black olive tapenade. It is seductively light on entry but rapidly expands on the palate to become rich and mouth filling, while retaining elegance and poise. Silky tannins help draw out its lingering aftertaste.
Woodlands Shelley Anne Cabernet Sauvignon
One of the early pioneers of the Margaret River region, Woodlands' vineyards date back to 1973. As curator of these historic vineyards, Stuart & Andrew Watson have firmly re-established Woodlands into the top echolon of Margaret River producers. Sourced from an the outstanding 2008 vintage, the Shelley Anne Cabernet Sauvignon shows cassis, mulberry and blackcurrant with that typical bay leaf and cedar undertones. A wine that will live for well over a decade.
Wolf Blass Black Label Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon
The bouquet is layered with abundant aroma's of plum pudding, cigar box, blackberries & chocolate. It has an excellent length of flavour, velvety tannins and hints of smoky oak. 71% Shiraz and 29% Cabernet Sauvignon are separately fermented & matured in a combination of new French & American oak before final blending.
Antinori Pian Delle Vigne Brunello Di Montalcino DOCG
Antinori is a name synonymous with wine in Italy, the equivalent of the royal family of wine in the country. Intimately involved in the wine industry of Italy since 1385. The Pian Delle Vigne estate was aquired by the Antinori family in 1995. A deep and brilliant ruby red in colour, the 2010 Pian delle Vigne is characterized by complex and intense aromas: floral notes accompanied by fragrant sensations of wild cherries, raspberries, and perceptible presence of plums, mints, and eucalyptus. Balanced and ample on the palate with full and intense flavours and texture, this Sangiovese is elegant and noble in the tactile sensations of its tannins and very mineral as well, a Brunello which promises significant expressive possibilities as it ages and develops over time.

Michele Chiarlo was founded in 1956 by the sole and present owners, Michele and Giuseppina Chiarlo. Son of over seven generations of esteemed wine growers, Mr. Chiarlo is today one of the most respected producers of the fine wines of Piedmont and a leading figure in its viticultural industry.Cerequio is one of the Langhe great historical cru. Barolo Cerequio is unique for its balsamic and minty aroma and for its elegance. Sweet tannins and sublime fruits are evident even when more mature. It reaches its peak after about 6 years and it is splendid for at least 20 years.
