Petaluma use their impressive vineyard holding in the Adelaide Hills to produce a Chardonnay that shows poise and precision. Sourced from vineyards in Lenswood and Balhannah and then fermented in a combination of one and two year old French oak as well as stainless steel. Lees sturring helps add complexity and texture while the cool-climate fruit adds minerality and freshness.

Taylors Chardonnay's toasty nutty flavours of the oak perfectly complement the rich melon peach varietal characters of the grape in this soft full-flavoured Chardonnay.

Taylors Jaraman Chardonnay has lifted, complex aromas of subtle white peach and nectarine along with secondary aromas of cream and cashew nuts from lees stirring and oak maturation. The Clare Valley component delivers mid-palate weight and richness with fleshy stone fruit flavours of yellow nectarine and white peach, while the Adelaide Hills component delivers elegance and length with restrained citrus flavours to the mid-palate.

Bunch pressed and in part wild fermented. Partial malolactic fermentation imparts further complexity. A beautifully textured and complex wine.

This delicious Sauvignon Blanc from Taylors shows classic varietal aromas of passionfruit, grapefruit and gooseberry. The palate is intense and lively, brimming with flavours of tropical fruit and fresh herbs.

Gruner Veltliner has found a new home in the cool southern Adelaide Hills where it produces white wines that capture both the old-world essence of Austria and the modern vibrancy and clarity of Australia. Vintage: The 2018 growing season started slowly, but warmer weather eventually helped to speed things up. Fruit set throughout the region was good and the low rainfall and warm weather from January to April resulted in great sugar development, while a cooler than average March offered ideal night temperatures for colour and flavour development. Nose: The nose exhibits aromas of bosc pear and citrus blossom, complemented by spicy notes. Palate: The palate is beautifully complex with pear, rock melon and lemon, followed by additional floral notes and a crisp, dry finish. He planted the vineyard in 1987 and named it K1 since this unique site was the first commercial planting of vines in the Kuitpo region in the southern Adelaide Hills.
