An delightfully approachable sparkling wine that is a cellar door favourite. Fresh, youthful aromatics of lemon zest and stone fruit enhance a palate of crisp acidity balanced with a hint of sweetness from dosage. This NV (non-vintage) sparkling wine has a small percentage of older material blended back into the base wine to add some complexity.
