Writers Tears Pot Still Irish Whiskey delivers a wonderful combination of soft bourbon notes with an undercurrent of light malt with crisp, mouth watering bursts of honey and spice. This is a throwback to the last century in Ireland where spiced Pure Pot Still Whiskey was married with floral single malt.

Carefully selected unprocessed whiskies and pure, natural spring water are expertly blended to create this distinctive whisky. A gift from the land that surrounds Mt. Fuji, home to the finest natural spring water. Tasting Notes: Clear amber, faint smoky accent with sweet aroma, redolent of pear and dried fruit. Made using a tradition family recipe and Queensland barley aged for 7 years in ex redwine reconditioned French Oak barriques with American oak heads. This whisky displays rich luxurious amber colour, sweet honey and spice on the nose. Complex sherry, port and vanilla on the palate. Wild Turkey is a genuine Kentucky Bourbon, matured in new charred white oak barrels to give it's unique smoothness. Crafted with our 70% rye grain bill, natural spring water from our own Cave Spring Hollow, and Jack’s time-honoured charcoal mellowing process, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Rye is a whiskey that could only come from Lynchburg, Tennessee. Master Distiller Jeff Arnett and the whiskey makers of the Jack Daniel Distillery have created a unique rye that’s undeniably spicy and complex yet sippin’ smooth. To create this truly unique whisky, we selectively sourced rare malted rye and the finest malted barley from progressive malt houses, paired them with virgin American oak casks air-dried for 36 months and let it all mature in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. Our preference for malted rye over the far more commonly used unmalted rye affords this whisky a point of distinction evident upon the very first sip. This layered, aromatic spirit offers notes of spiced custard, ginger, stone fruit and baked apple pie with a fresh herbal finish that lingers on the palate.

Maker's Mark 46 Kentucky Bourbon Whisky is one unique Bourbon. Starting with the original Maker's Mark whisky, the barrels are emptied of the golden spirit to make way for extra French Oak staves. The whisky is then returned to the barrel and then aged to taste. Ultimately, this helps provide Maker's 46 with its distinct caramel and toasted oak flavour while eliminating the bitterness that usually comes with whiskies that are aged longer.<p><b>Please note: Limit of 4 bottles per customer</b></p>
