This first release of the product is exactly what Brogan was striving for. Full of strawberry fruit flavour balanced against the zesty, spicy, floral notes of juniper and the textural qualities of delicious cream to produce a delightful product that is incredibly true to the quality ingredients.

Our bespoke gin is made from scratch in small batches in Tasmania. Carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown and internationally sourced botanicals. Layered notes of green cardamom, fresh lime and lemon, juniper (organic), coriander, a hint of white peppercorn and three cuts of rose makes our gin ideal for creating your favourite cocktail or sipping slowly over ice.

Critters Distillery Gin is a modern contemporary Gin brewed, fermented, and distilled in-house from a mash blend consisting of small-batch single-origin wheat malt and 100% cane sugar.

Burly Citrus Gin is produced in hand crafted sets of bespoke stills at our artisan distillery in Burleigh Heads. Infusions of green and pink Australian finger limes, the flesh and rind of four other fresh citrus fruits and a combination of premium ingredients come together to achieve the unique flavour profile of our double distilled gin. The aroma of this 'citralicous' variant is predominantly blood orange and lime supported by juniper and spice. The palate exhibits more of the same flavours along with subtle notes of vanilla and liquorice. With a tangy mouthfeel and 'citrus' aftertaste lifted by the slight alcohol heat, it lends itself to enjoying straight, 'on the rocks', or in the cocktail of your preference, ideally with slices of orange, lime, pink grapefruit and finger lime beads. Turkish Delight is a famous middle eastern dessert that has provided the inspiration for this unique Gin. Rose Petals are vapour infused to collect rose water, the core ingredient of the traditional treat. Taking this to the next level of flavour Juniper has been combined with a complimentary group of botanicals, to provide a spiced warmth and an elegant finish. Finally, hibiscus is infused to complete the flavour balance and develop the brilliant colour to this show-stopping drop of Gin.

Paying homage to the historical sailors, this Gin meets the test they required for “proof” that the spirit delivered was as promised by the British Royal Navy. Using the base of our Signature Gin the intensified strength provides an enhanced flavour experience where each botanical dances on the palate. A punchy hit of fragrant aromas from the citrus, and the subtle sweetness of premium vanilla. On the palate, the strong peppery pine taste of juniper combines with the citrus flavours and finishes with a super warmth from our spice combination. A Gin full of flavour that won’t disappoint.

Our Honey Coconut Gin is steeped in fresh Castlemaine Honey straight from the beekeeper. Adding toasted coconut this traditional combination is complemented by a hint of fig and warm spices. Your palate will experience the layers of this gin beginning with the nutty flavour of toasted coconut, the warmth of the spices in between and ending with the smoothness of Australian honey.

A Gin inspired by the red heart of the Australian Outback. The dry finish of Juniper is complimented by the freshness of Finger Lime and Peppermint Gum with notes of Wattleseed and Cinnamon Myrtle. Tasmanian Pepperberries provides a spiced complex finish. This Gin is a celebration of botanicals from around our great Country and will please those who enjoy a robust Juniper forward Gin.
